Making of

1.	Mix all the ingredients together.
2.	Flour on the dumpling and on the cloot, helps hold the mixture together when cooking.
3.	Rolled up and ready for the cloot.
4.	Heading for the pot.
5.	Simmer 2-3 hours.
6.	Cooked and ready for the cloot to be removed.
7.	Drying the skin off.
