Where the product has not arrived in perfect condition, please notify us as soon as reasonably practical after receipt of the order and we will refund the cost of the goods or we will replace the goods. Your consumer rights are not affected. Please contact: kirsteen@grannybeatons.co.uk.

Cancellation rights and cooling off period

Generally, consumers purchasing goods online have a 14 day cooling off period, commencing from the day after delivery of the product, to cancel their order. However, perishable goods are exempt from this ‘right to cancel/14 day cooling off period’. All Granny Beaton’s products listed on this website are classed as perishable and are exempt from the right to cancel.
