Granny Beaton’s is owned by Kirsteen Oliver and based in the west end of Glasgow.
All customers must be 18 years or over.
Purchasing from us is acceptance of this and our terms and conditions and
confirmation that you are over 18 years old. The customer is responsible for
the importation of our products into their country (where applicable) and must
obey the import regulations of their State or Country.

each item. All specifications are
approximate and as the products are hand made, subject to some variation and
deviation. All drawings, descriptive matter,
specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of
giving an approximate description of the goods. However, if you buy goods that
are faulty or misdescribed, we will accept the return of the goods in good
condition and refund any money paid for the goods and postage costs. Granny Beaton’s products are perishable and
not eligible for return under any other circumstances.
The price for the goods will be stipulated at the
time you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to
take into account any increase in our supplier’s prices or the imposition of
any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published
for the goods on our website is wrong. We will inform you of the correct price
and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Granny Beaton’s shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price. Granny Beaton’s
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the
order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has
already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Granny
Beaton’s shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the

prices stated for postal items are for standard second class delivery in the

Hand delivered goods delivery charges will be quoted to you when your
phone order is taken. Any special offers
we make are designed to be used independently and are not available in
conjunction with any other offer.
Certain products appear differently depending on
lighting conditions, resulting in apparent colour variations shown on our
website. Therefore, colours shown should only be used as a guide. We reserve
the right to amend and improve product specification.

up to 10 working days for cheques to clear and goods will not be shipped until
all funds are cleared. We do not offer any credit facilities. We will issue you

All orders are accepted when your payment is
processed and you have been notified that your goods have been dispatched. You are able to correct errors on your order
only up to the point at which you click on “place order” on the final page of
our ordering process. We reserve the

order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate

processed as soon as possible after receipt.
If for any reason your order cannot be immediately fulfilled you will be

CANCELLATION RIGHTS AND COOLING OFF PERIOD
Generally, consumers purchasing goods online have
a 14 day cooling off period, commencing from the day after delivery of the
product, to cancel their order. However,
perishable goods are exempt from this ‘right to cancel/14 day cooling off period’. All Granny Beaton’s products listed on this
website are classed as perishable and are exempt from the right to cancel.
