Traditional Clootie Dumpling
Traditionally steamed, handmade pudding, packed full of dried fruits and spices. Free from artificial colourings and flavourings. Suitable for vegetarians. Store in a cool dry place. Suitable for freezing. Shelf life - 3 months.
All dumplings are individually handmade, please allow a maximum of 10 days from the day your order is placed, for preparation and delivery. We will let you know when your order has been dispatched.
Allergen Information – contains gluten, milk, eggs, sulphur dioxide. Contains potassium sorbate(preservative). Produced in an environment which also handles nuts.
Portions
400g: approximately 2-3 portions. 1.2kg: approximately 8-10 portions. Portion sizes are based on between 100 - 125g/4 -5oz per person.
Gift wrap
Can be gift wrapped in Cloot with ribbon and personalised gift tag/message for £4.00 per dumpling - please select option at check out. If you would like to order more than one Clootie Dumpling, some gift wrapped, some not, please email kirsteen@grannybeatons.co.uk before placing your order.

It reminded me very much of the Christmas treat my granny in Oban used to make many years ago and went down well at a small Burns' Supper.
